SHIPPING
Most orders placed before 2 pm PST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm PST may not be shipped until the next business day. Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday and closed on Saturday, Sunday, and most holidays.
The above are processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days. UPS Ground usually takes 1-5 business days
Free ground shipping applies to all orders over $50+ (before tax). Ground shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories. At this time we cannot offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories.
Please contact us if you have not received a confirmation for your order or tracking information within 24 hours after your order has been placed.
NO HASSLE RETURNS, SUPER EASY EXCHANGES
We honor all returns and exchanges of items that are unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please email staylit@natiivemoon.com within 15 days of receiving your order and we will reissue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and email you a return shipping label.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping in both returns and exchanges, however will ship your item of exchange at no extra charge. Once items have been received we will process your refund and/or exchange immediately within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that the amount of “return shipping” will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Items that appear used or damaged upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
